What if I put the wrong address on my order?
Please make sure to confirm your address before checking out. If you notice you made a mistake when you receive your order confirmation email, simply reply to the email with the correction. Be sure to let us know immediately so that your shipment arrives at your desired location.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order with us. Packages that are returned to LAD Labs due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges will not be refunded. All remaining funds to be refunded will be provided upon inspection of returned packages. All goods must be in new condition.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We are happy to cancel your order as long as we have not shipped it yet. Please reply to your order confirmation with your cancellation request and we will follow up within 1 business day.
What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We believe in minimizing our carbon footprint and encourage our customers to shop with a mindful approach. Please carefully review our policies and product information. Always feel free to reach out to us with questions or concerns before making a purchase at email@example.com.
If a package is refused and returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Where can I find the product Ingredients? All of our product ingredients are listed under the “ingredients” tab for each product. Please read carefully to identify any known allergies. If you have any questions, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I send a Gift?
Yes! We think our products make excellent gifts. We will carefully wrap your gift in elegant black matt wrapping paper tied with jute twine. If you leave a gift note, we will happily transfer it to a handwritten note. If you wish to leave a gift note without wrapping, simply include a gift message in the notes at checkout and we will gladly include your message with your shipment. Receipts and pricing are never included with our outgoing shipments or gifts.

Order Processing: Our average processing time is within 2-3 business days (M-F)
Your Order Has Shipped: Once we’ve processed your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. FedEx transit times vary from 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Economy shipping varies between 5-8 business days.
What are your Shipping Practices?
We use corrugated cardboard and biodegradable packing peanuts so that all of our shipping components can quickly biodegrade or be recycled. Please note that some of our vendors product packagings includes plastic.
Returns + Cancellations:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If we haven’t shipped yet, email us at email@example.com to cancel your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package tracking history shows a lost package or that it’s been rerouted or not yet delivered by the allotted date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll
contact the courier on your behalf. If your package has been delivered and stolen from your address, you’ll need to contact your local police department to report your item stolen.
